Wildwood Trails

Wildwood Trails is a 48 lot community located within the City of Sultan. This community was developed as a Planned Unit Development and therefore was allowed flexibility and creativity in the design. This community features clustered lots which preserved more than half of the land as wetlands, streams and open space which can be enjoyed by all residents. Wildwood Trails contains a trail system through the majority of the protected open space. This system also links up with the City of Sultans extensive trail system allowing residents to enjoy the city's natural amenities. Wildwood Trails also offers neighborhood parks and gathering places. From the playground for the tots, to basketball for teens and open space and play areas, Wildwood Trails has something for everyone, all wrapped up in a breathtaking natural setting!
