Kingsland Heights is located conveniently off I-10, which allows for easy access to Katy and the greater Houston area. Our community is located in the acclaimed Katy Independent School District, which is home to the seven-time state football champions, the Katy Tigers. The Katy area is a perfect place to raise a family. There are many family oriented activities to do in the Katy/Brookshire area. On the weekend you can stop by the Katy Market Days in Historic Downtown Katy to see all the local goods being sold or take the family to one of the many parks in the area for a day of outdoor activities. During the summertime, you will enjoy being only 12 minutes away from Typhoon Texas Water Park.
