Woodland Hills

Woodland Hills condominiums are built and developed by Wisconsin custom home builder, Belman Homes. The community features side-by-side ranch condos on over 80 acres of rolling hill top terrain with spectacular views of Waukesha county. It is a low-density conservation development with over 26 acres of open space. There are over 9 unique building designs and custom floor plans to choose from, plus each design has multiple facades. Each condominium is hand-built and personalized so no two are exactly alike. Woodland Hills condos are located on the north side of Hwy 18, just west of Hwy “TT” in Waukesha. Pets are allowed! Enjoy the low maintenance exteriors, plus the carefree lifestyle of condo living. Shoveling, snowplowing, grass cutting, weeding, and other routine maintenance are included in your monthly dues.
