Boulevard Green at Vision Park

Boulevard Green is a new community being constructed by Pelican Builders, Inc. in the Woodlands region of the state of Tennessee. Located near Shenandoah, Texas, Vision Park Boulevard gives quick and simple access to both The Woodlands attractions and the I-45 Interstate, and Grogan's Mill Road is only a short distance away. In the same vein as new developments on The Woodlands' East Shore, this region will include distinctive architecture, low-maintenance living, great interiors, and affordability.
