Chris Pernice started Monarch Homes in 2010 as a family owned buiness. We considered ourselves a semi custom builder which gives us the ability to customize without the custom builder price. We also work directly with customers and contractors. Once you are under contract to build a home with us what we do is we add you into our cloud based service, and what that allows you to do is to view the schedule anytime, you can also make selections, you can also communicate with us and it even follows you after completion of your home, and also you can submit warranty requests. I'm very passionate about building houses and providing the customers what they want and it gives me joy. We look forward to building your house!
