Harding's Run II

Harding's Run II will be a traditional residential neighborhood of attached single-family homes centered around green space with rear entry garages and parking. The Iacobucci family developed the original Harding's Run community in the early 1980s and was certified under Hamilton Township's Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan. This plan is still in use today as a model for "Smart Growth." It created a community of 700 mixed clustered homes on 70 acres with an additional 500 acres preserved as permanent open space.
