The Royal Club is the pride of the Lake Elmo community and the crown jewel of the St. Croix River Valley. It is a private park preserving wildlife and nature. The Royal Club began over 50 years ago as 3M’s Tartan Park, and over time, it has been re-designed to become a world-class place to live and play.
