Heron Bayou

With over 60 years of experience building award-winning homes in Northwest Florida, Forrest Homes and Steel Construction provides a reliable all-in-one approach to building custom homes, working with customers to ensure their involvement and satisfaction throughout the build process. This family-owned business recognizes that homebuilding in a coastal environment can be challenging, but their years of experience assures customers that they can successfully create their Florida dream home.

With extensive knowledge of best practices in homebuilding on the Gulf Coast, Forrest Homes prides itself on “building your oceanside oasis the right way.” Forrest Homes uses an ages-old foundation “piling” system with a modern flair to ensure your home is built upon a strong foundation. Piling also protects your home against the area’s inevitable storm surges.

Forrest Homes offers many model floor plans, each of them highly customizable to a homebuyer’s needs and vision. Homes range in interior space from 1815 to 2160 sq ft.

Forrest Homes is pleased to offer these models at Heron Bayou - a private, gated community in a serene setting in North Pensacola and the latest the company’s coastal developments. This community is located conveniently to the beach, with the Gulf of Mexico only a 30-minute drive away. Nestled in the beauty of the bayou, the neighborhood is located just a 20-minute bike ride or 5-minute car ride from Tarkiln Bayou Preserve. This 4,000-acre State Park offers miles of nature trails and is home to hundreds of species of wildlife and rare plants.

With its knowledgeable team and reliable building practices, Forrest Homes invites you to create your oceanside dream home in the tranquil setting of Heron Bayou.
