Paragon Homes has a focused plan that will help you get moved into your dream home as soon as possible. First, you will sit down with the friendly team at Paragon Homes and establish a budget, find the perfect location and place a reservation on the lot. Then, you will select your plans from their archives, make modifications or they can even help you design a completely custom home. Paragon Homes will work with you hand-in-hand to price the home correctly given your finishing specifications. Next, you will receive a price presentation with 10 pages of specifications, contract signing, pre-approval from a bank and make that down payment.

During the actual construction process, you will take the occasional site walk-through during different stages of construction and be assisted by an interior designer. You will then conduct a pre-closing walk-through followed by the actual closing of the house and warranty signatures. And before you know it, you will be moving in to your special Paragon Home!
