Since 1999 Renaissance Custom Builders, Inc. has been building fine custom residences in Southern California and Hawaii. The founder and President, Kent Johnsen, has spent over 30 years in all phases of Design, Development and Construction. Having begun his career in the field as a carpenter he has a vast knowledge of the fundamentals of construction as well as management. After having moved into construction management, he completed the Construction Management Program at San Jose University and has been involved in Construction Management for the past 20 years.
