Hearth Homes is a small family owned home building company averaging 3 to 5 custom homes per year. Being a low volume builder, our philosophy is to offer our buyers as much time and information necessary to make their dreams a reality. We spend hours reviewing drawings in pre-construction meetings to overcome any uncertainties. Throughout construction we encourage an unlimited number of on-site meetings to discuss options and changes. The end result is a stress free building process for the buyer. David Vonderau/president is on the job sight daily and maintains quality control. Customers work directly with David from the beginning, through the entire building/remodeling process.
