Kirtland Tudor Estates

Kirtland Tudor Estates was recently named the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleaveland's Community of the year. The community showcases beautiful Tudor architecture in an "English Tudor village" setting. The neighborhood is located directly across from the Kirtland Country Club. Conveniently located near I-90, it offers easy commuting access to the City of Cleaveland and it is just minutes from historic downtown Willoughby.

Upon entering the community, the signature mail pavilion featuring a slate roof, hand-hewn beams, and copper accents welcomes residents. The neighborhood also features a guest house with four separate suites, complete with kitchens and private living areas. Residents can utilize the guest house when hosting out-of-town guests.
