Bart Denlinger's passion for designing and building custom homes began thirty years ago when he left a successful career in commercial construction to focus more on the residential side of the building industry. He fell in love with Central Ohio and decided to take roots there. Together with his wife, Bart bought five property lots on which they constructed five homes. Four were sold and the other, they settled in. that was when Denlinger and Sons Builders Ltd was established, in 1992. Today, Denlinger and Sons Builders Ltd have solidified their reputation as the area's number builder haven built over five hundred homes. Bart is keeping the business in the family currently partnering with his son, Todd, whose experiences and training in construction management, provides additional depth to their service. Excellence is always built from the ground up and Denlinger and Sons Builders Ltd knows fully well that there are no shortcuts when it comes to designing and building a home.
