Avery Homes

Avery Homes is the epitome of a family-run small business. Our company was founded in 2007 in Grapevine, Texas, where owner Jeff Avery and his family have resided since 1992. Jeff and his wife, Kerry, have worked together in the homebuilding business for nearly twenty years. Their son, Brian, is also a member of the Avery Homes team, joining the business after graduating from the University of North Texas in 2007.
