In 2006, Brad Rew started a small remodeling company, Rew Construction, which focused on smaller remodeling projects. After a few years of growth, Brad approached his uncle Ken Gale about joining forces. In 2008, they combined Gale Developments and Rew Construction to form Gale-Rew Construction. Building off Ken Gale’s established reputation, Brad Rew designed a business that specialized in new construction and remodeling. Since 2008, Gale-Rew Construction has become one of the area’s leading custom homebuilders and remodelers, completing over 100 projects a year. All of the company's projects are unique and directly involve the homeowner. In 2011, Brad published the first issue of the Tri-City Builders Showcase Magazine, which features all of the custom work Gale-Rew Construction has done. They have since published 18 issues and plan to continue. The publication is distributed in over 100 locations throughout the Tri-Cities area. Gale-Rew Construction has also participated in multiple Parade of Homes events and has been recognized for superior craftsmanship, teamwork, and design through various awards.
