Genesis Homes of Iowa is the custom home builder that Des Moines has been waiting for. Owner Dan Sparks has been in the home building industry for 20 years. His clients fall in love with his unique style and home features from the moment they walk through the door of one of his homes. Genesis Homes builds all styles of homes from traditional to contemporary, with the most popular custom home being the new transitional style, which is the perfect mix of the two. Unique marble inlays, hand-fabricated rails and use of stainless steel are incorporated into every home. Dan personally consults with each client to help design and build their dream home.
