Kirella Homes specializes in the construction of executive and estate level residential homes in the Colorado Springs / Denver Metro area. Their goal is to craft exceptional homes and build lasting relationships with every customer that entrusts them with the construction of their dream home.

Step 1: Location

Location is the most critical component of any custom home building experience. It is important to be able to conduct soil tests on your lot before you start building to make sure that the ground is suitable for construction.

Step 2: Design

At this stage you work with the architect to design your home and select the various finishings that you need. At this point you can create a budget with all of the written bids from the subcontractors that Kirella Homes works with.

Step 3: Budget

Before construction begins, you need to secure a construction loan. The up front fees for the home are the cost of the lot you build on and the fees for working with the architect during the design stage.

Step 4: Timeline

Once you've completed the design of the home, your full budget can be completed within a couple of weeks based on written estimates. Once construction begins, it usually only takes 6-7 months to finish.

Step 5: Construction

You can be as involved or uninvolved in the construction phase of the home as you would like. You will receive weekly updates on the progress of the home and what will be done in the upcoming week.
