Melssen Homes is a reputable and incredibly talented home building company based out of the Colorado Springs area that has been building homes with great success for many years. The owners, Gene and Diane Melssen have been custom home builders since 1975. This longevity in the industry proves that they have the knowledge, experience and expertise that is guaranteed to assist you during your next custom home build or other project. In total, Gene and Diane have constructed over 100 homes from the ground up, many of those being repeat customers. In order to keep customers coming back, Melssen Homes only uses the highest quality materials and hires only the best available subcontractors for each specific job. They hire on a case by case basis because they understand that each job has different needs and this allows them to keep the cost low for you and them. Further, they only use the highest quality materials for their projects.

Melssen Homes understands that without quality customer service, they would have never lasted so long in the industry. In order to achieve this, they keep close contact with their clients during their projects and inform them quickly of any changes.
