And with only 3 members of the company (all partners), you are always talking to an owner - never falling victim to confusion or communication issues, also allowing for significantly more one-on-one care and attention. Following that concept, we only take on a few homes at a time, helping ensure 100% satisfaction. We also build completely custom homes, and wont just make buyers pick from cookie-cutter floorplans and options.
