Glenbrook Village offers 297 residential units for sale nestled on approximately 73,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. There will be nine buildings with townhouses and four three-story residential condominium homes, including work/live units. There will also be three mixed residential buildings featuring residential units above and commercial units on the ground floor. Also included are two commercial buildings and two restaurants.
