Schenley Park Area

Schenley Park is a Miami neighborhood consisting of about 300 acres of mostly residential properties. Centrally located between Coral Way (SW 22nd Street) to the north and the Coral Gables Canal to the south, with Red Road (57th Avenue) serving as its eastern boundary, Schenley Park shows off some of its history with a dramatic 2 tower entrance into the neighborhood. Located in Schenley Park is the world-renowned Nicklaus Children’s Hospital (formerly known as Miami Children’s Hospital), nationally ranked as one of the top Children’s Hospitals in the nation by US News and World Report. In addition, Schenley Park is also known for its tree lined streets as well as its parks: Schenley Park and Coral Gables Wayside Park. The varying ages of the homes in Schenley Park are a large contributor to the large array of architectural styles in such a close geographic area. It is this same sense of closeness that translates into a sense of small town community making Schenley Park a truly hidden gem amidst the greater Miami area.
