Richard Tanner, Master Builder and President of Tanner Construction, Inc. has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. A Rhode Island native, Richard graduated at the top of his class from Chariho Vocational Technical school and began his own business in 1982. Since then he has built whole houses and additions. The company has remained a family run business with his wife maintaining the book keeping to ensure Richard is on site at all times. In that way, the quality of the ongoing work is consistent, and all our efforts are focused on a single project. Tanner Construction can provide design suggestions or alterations if needed to ensure that the work is of high quality and also that costs are controlled. In the course of time, they have developed a group of subcontractors with whom they work well and from whom we can expect great service and quality workmanship.
