Baer Hall Homes is truly unique in this so-called 'custom' builder industry.From what we've seen most custom homes are anything but.Most of the time the builder decides what cookie cutter to dust off and allows only minimal changes to any design you can find. Craig, with the aid of his design software, allows completely unique and custom changes to any design importantly, he is patient and understanding you can find. He also does this without any additional cost to the buyer, which is also a refreshing difference. But most importantly, he is patient and understanding. We must have given him more than 50 changes over a period of 3 to 4 months, which was no doubt frustrating, but which Craig quickly integrated into the new design until it was exactly what we wanted. From the start it was difficult for us to trust a builder whom we hadn't met and were in fact thousands of miles away from. At the time we were stationed in Germany with my Air Force unit and were forced to make a decision on location and builder through a real estate agent.Craig and Paul worked hard to reassure us that we were going to be well taken care of, and the the distance should not be a huge concern to us. Communication was always top-notch! There was never a time when we were unable to get a quick response to any concerns or changes we had, which impressed greatly. With most builders you will be lucky to speak to the 'sub-contractor' and are rarely able to actually speak to the guy in charge.
