Venice Crossing/Club

Welcome to Venice Crossing, located in Ross Township, Ross, Ohio, in Butler County. It is also home to the local Ross School District with an excellent rating.

Venice Crossing has a total of 36 patio homes, 11 4-Plex Landominium homes (44 homes), and 95 single-family homes for a total of 96.40 acres. This quiet village has a total of 33.75 hectares of greenery. This community has houses Villa, The Club, and The Reserve. The villas are single-family patio homes built on a small plot of land and offer the benefits of low-maintenance homeownership. Clubs are land ominiums whose residents own houses as well as the land on which they are built. The maintenance of the apartment is managed by a housing association provided by Venice Crossing. The Sanctuary is custom single-family homes for half an acre or less.

The Venice Crossing Craftsmen Association owns and maintains landscaped entrances and open green spaces. In the villa, the VvE takes care of landscaping, mulching/fertilizing, mowing, and snow removal. The Clubhouses Owners' Association maintains driveways, roofs, landscaping, mulching/fertilizing, mowing, snow removal, and the exterior of buildings. The "Reserve Homes" section is subject to clarification and is in its early stages.
