Our Land & Lot team can assist you in finding the perfect piece of land for your new home. Just let us know your budget and what you’re looking for—whether it’s easy access to downtown, a quiet suburb, or a more secluded treed lot.Once a lot is selected, it will be drawn up with your house plan to make sure the lot will accommodate the size of the home. Which way to position your home on your lot will need to be decided upon. The drainage of the lot can also play a part in figuring which side is best for the garage. Rest assured that we will go over all these details with you before construction starts.
