The renowned Crown Building houses Aman New York, which offers guest rooms and suites as well as the first urban Aman Residences, and is located in the heart of Manhattan at the junction of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street, overlooking Central Park.

Only 22 exquisite private houses are available at Aman New York, allowing owners to join an exclusive group of people. The Aman New York project, which will include a hotel and the city's first Aman Residences, will breathe new life into Manhattan's famous Crown Building, which is located at Fifth Avenue and 57th Street. The Crown Building will be renovated and imbued with the soul of Aman as part of Aman New York's enormous restoration, planned by renowned architect Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston to pay tribute to the building's magnificent architecture.

The Aman New York Residences provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: an unparalleled address in sync with Manhattan's never-ending heartbeat, coupled with the Aman way of life. A private entrance on 56th Street, separate from the hotel, will be available to residents and their visitors. Interior finishes include a high acoustic specification, integrated security and telecommunications systems, up to three fireplaces, Gaggenau kitchen appliances, underfloor heating in master bathrooms, demisting mirrors, rain and/or steam showers, and free-standing soaking bathtubs in all Residences.
