Our StoneyBrook homes offer easy access to major cities and routes like Hershey, Lancaster, and Harrisburg. StoneyBrook is a unique development comprising a mix of duplexes, townhomes, and single-family homes. The development features an 18-acre township park, miles of biking and walking trails, and 45 acres of open space. Residents will also benefit from a spacious recreation and multi-purpose field area. At Rohrer’s Construction, we have built agricultural structures and custom homes for the past 40 years. Ronald Rohrer founded Rohrer’s Construction in 1972, focusing on building and remodeling homes in Lancaster County and neighboring areas. Over time, Rohrer’s Construction began to expand into other areas, such as designing and building dairy barns, chicken houses, and horse barns. Rohrer’s Construction is still a family-owned and operated builder focused on bringing dreams to life. Our extensive knowledge and craftsmanship set us apart from other builders.
