Sinclair Vista is a New View Homes development in West Bremerton, Washington.

Sinclair Vista, a new 50-lot development by L.A. Williams Construction, welcomes you! Sinclair Vista is just outside of West Bremerton, in the West Hills neighborhood. Sinclair Vista has so much to offer, including not just new, high-quality homes, but also spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Sinclair Inlet.

The lower section of the property, with residences starting in the mid $200s, includes two-floor plans: the Oldenberg and the Morgan. Some of these homes may have views of Sinclair Inlet. Division 1 has a more rural air to it, with trees and wider backyards on certain properties.

These are the homes at the top of the development. They will range in price from the high 200s to the low 300s, with practically every piece offering a vista of Mt. Rainier or Sinclair Inlet. We are still working on floorplans for this Division in order to maximize the vistas available on these properties.

Looking down from the top, these homes are on the left side of the development, with views of Mt. Rainier straight on for some of the lots. The prices for these properties will range from the mid-to-upper-200s. They are also working on floorplans to maximize views and lot sizes, just like Division 2.

Port Orchard is a small city in Kitsap County, Washington, not far from West Seattle. South Kitsap County is a flourishing collection of tiny communities with plenty of places to eat, shop, and visit art galleries and museums. Port Orchard is a lovely town with a strong military background, with stunning vistas of the Olympic Mountains and a clean shoreline.

Manchester State Park connects the Kitsap Peninsula to the Puget Sound. An old torpedo warehouse is located in the park, and visitors can still see a concrete casement used for firing triggers on military undersea torpedoes.
