Established in 2006 as A Vita Construction, Inc. formerly known as Sun River Construction, headquartered in Granite Bay, California, serving Granite Bay, Loomis, El Dorado Hills, Rocklin, Lake Tahoe and the Sacramento Valley.Owner Michael Chiera has over 30 years residential construction building experience including: 15 years as a remodeling contractor, 5 year internship as field superintendent/project manager for a Granite Bay custom home builder and 5 years as a home builder.Our mission is to provide you with a totally personal approach to your project while offering uncompromising quality that is cost effective, to guide you through the building process in a timely and organized manner, working together as a team, we will insure that your finished product fulfills your expectations.
