At DAN Homes we are a family operated custom builder who has been serving Central Iowa since 2005. We provide complete preconstruction and construction services customized to fit any project. We work with homeowners and architects or designers to build a team that best fits a specific project, from design through construction. This approach provides cost control and time savings, and insures that everyoneÆs expectations and needs are met while achieving the overall design intent. We take great pride in the homes we build, and build them as if we are going to live in them ourselves.
