In 1997 DDR purchased a lot in Caledonia and built its first Spec Home. DDRÆs philosophy was to build a good Quality home with a price that would make it great Value in the market place. The plan worked. The Spec Home was sold before it was finished. That same philosophy has carried through the years making DDR Builders a respected Home Building Leader in the Racine County Area building 10 to15 single family homes per year and with over 100 homes and happy customers to date.
