Zach fulfills a multi-faceted role at Mesquite Homes. He is the foundation of our dirt to doors philosophy. As a first step Zach is focused on the acquisition of the properties on which Mesquite Homes builds our houses. From there Zach is responsible for entitling the properties as well as creating the layouts for each subdivision. Finally Zach ensures that our homes are appropriate for each subdivision by managing the design and architectural details for every home. Simply put, Zach is the master planner as well as the look and feel guy at Mesquite Homes.
