Chris Conner is a fifth generation Texan and a third generation builder who has a feel for how homes fit into the native landscape and a deep attention to craftsmanship. Chris learned to put quality and function first from his father, a University of Texas trained architect who joined the Houston based construction company started by his grandfather. Chris broadened his own business to undertake commercial projects that include hospitals and restaurants as well as retail, medical and condominium buildings. Those projects led to private commissions to build luxury homes for his satisfied commercial clients, who prized his attention to detail and craftsmanship. Conner Coastal Homes is employing Chriss principals of architectural balance and proportion, as well as the latest energy conservation technology in custom homes.
