Ridgewood Place offers homes for everyone- our popular Lifestyle collection of affordable homes with a streamlined selection process in the sales center, our trademark Signature Collection where personalization with Vendor reps is offered, and introducing the first phase of Maintenance provided carefree living homes with select 2-4 bedroom ranch/reverse style homes. A new, second pool is opening in 2019. The community is built around a 30-acre stocked lake that is ideal for fishing or kayaking.
