We had been looking to buy new construction in Lexington for several years but never found anything that we liked or felt was well-built or had features that we wanted. We knew of Rich and Dick Perry because they built homes for two of our friends. We finally found our dream home which is right out of House Beautiful. We watched as it was built and know that the level of construction is top notch. It is absolutely stunning and everyone who comes to the house comments on how gorgeous it is as well as on the exceptional craftsmanship. Rich and Dick are a great team. They did not scrimp on anything. All of the appliances and finishes are high end. All cabinetry is custom made by their own cabinet maker and is unique, including curved cabinets in the bathroom. Rich and Dick are responsive and stand behind their work at all times. It has been a pleasure working with them and we are delighted with our new home.
