The terrain in the Meadlow Hills is hilly. Meadlow Hills in South Richland offers panoramic views of the surrounding area from its vantage point high above the Tri-Cities. From this vantage point, you can see the Meadow Springs Golf Course, the Columbia River, and all three cities. We've developed over 1000 residential lots and constructed over 500 homes, including new homes for sale in Yakima, Washington. TMT has also worked on land development and construction projects in the commercial sector.
