Ryan Hale, the owner, began framing houses at the age of 15 and continued that line of work while attending ATM University, before deciding to start his own framing crew at the age of 21 and building his first home as a general contractor at the age of 25. Within a few years, Ryan established his own custom cabinet and trim company, Hale Custom Cabinets, which has since evolved into the well-established new custom home building firm, Acadian Builders, LLC.
