Check out the Thompson House in Westport, Massachusetts. It is Premier OCntruction’s latest project that was designed with long-lasting and environmentally friendly materials. The house was made with a smart framing concept in mind allowing for passive solar heat gain during the winter months. Open-cell foam insulation and non-toxic finishes are among the house’s features.

This small ranch in Westport’s quaint Acoaxet VIllage was demolished to make way for the development of a new three-bedroom home with breathtaking views of Westport’s Elephant Rock Beach. The “upside-down” living style applies to the sleeping quarters being on the ground floor and the living and entertaining areas being on the upper floor to take advantage of the astonishing views. This custom home also features hardwood floors throughout, a vaulted ceiling in the living room with exposed beams, and custom cabinets with granite countertops.
