Allegiant Homes is a family-owned and veteran-owned enterprise. They decided to build their own home after working for several residential and commercial builders. Clients reached out to them throughout the process, noting how meticulous they were during the construction process. They personally meet with each prospective client to ensure that you are well informed and that you are getting exactly what you want.

Allegiant wants to build your forever home, not one that you will live in for 5 years and then leave because it is falling apart. They never want to be the builder in question. Unless otherwise specified by a client, all of our homes include two by six construction, blown-in cellulose insulation, cement board siding, and other features. All of them contribute to energy efficiency and are long-lasting materials.

Allegiant Homes began building spec homes alongside the custom homes they were already building in 2015. These homes are sold in the same manner as those sold by any other builder on the market. For each custom home that they create, they either start with an existing floor plan or have their clients work with an architect to design their dream home. They then price this home according to the owner's specifications.

Allegiant charges a flat fee for their services, so you will not be charged an additional percentage for labor or materials. And because they do not have the overhead that other builders do, their builder's fee is always lower.
