It starts with a free consultation in which you will discuss ideas you have, explain your needs, and present any inspirational photos you may have. You will receive a written estimate in the mail detailing the scope of the project and the cost to you. Condouris' team of architects will then take measurements of the house, research zoning laws, and compile these into their Computer Automated Drafting software. They will then use this software to create preliminary plans for your home.

This preliminary plan is discussed with the client and after a few meetings, the client usually is able to approve of a finalized plan for the project. These meetings include a study of a 3-D model of the plans that have been drawn up. When the client decides that they are happy with the plans that have been drawn up, a blueprint is then created. This is a legally binding contract that makes sure the home-owner and building company are on the same page about what is expected from the project. If the blueprints meet Anthony Condouris's criteria for completeness and accuracy, then he gives the plans the final architectural seal issued to him by the state of New Jersey. This signifies that the blueprints are finalized and the project is ready to move forward.
