Then, you're going to develop a blueprint. Naturally, before you can begin building, you want to finalize your home plans with your architect or home designer. Once you provide your plans to them, the will continue in their process. Then it's time to select the finishes that you want. Then, after they have received your input, Brian Esser Construction will create an estimate for the cost of your project. After they have your approval, construction can begin.

Occasionally they will be forced to adapt the plan due to previously unforeseen circumstances. When this happens, they inform you immediately to keep you in the loop. They want to make sure that you do not have any surprises as your home is completed.
