Take a look at their latest project, The Bend - A Small Neighborhood. Humans are built to live in groups, and this small neighborhood sets the tone. A shared open courtyard is surrounded by four structural masonries and two traditionally framed houses, with a more private, intimate meeting area nestled in the back. The Bend gracefully combines privacy and community with a fire pit, pergola, and chairs, dedicated parking, and storage units.
