BuildWorks, Inc. has created a new planned community called The Shores. The Shores is a 70-acre parcel with rolling terrain near Lake Erie and on Lake Road in Conneaut, Ohio, a quiet beach area.

The first phase will consist of 34 cottage-style private homes designed right on the prestigious Lake Rd. which should be ideal residences for locals or out-of-town residents searching for an inexpensive holiday home or custom family home. You may choose from our portfolio of plans or have a custom plan created that adheres to The Shores' design elements.

Phase two on North Shore Circle will include approximately 27 bungalow-style homes arranged as a small village with its own landscaped entrance. It may have its own community center for larger events or just casual visits. The village would be operated by a homeowners' association and would provide a maintenance-free living.
