Dale Sauer Homes builds custom homes with customer satisfaction as our main goal. The San Antonio market is where Dale Sauer started his custom home business in 1999, and San Antonio is where it remains. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Dale Sauer is still a hands-on builder operating as owner, business manager, and project manager at all times, and constructing conventional, timber frame, and SIP panel homes on your land or on one of his lots.

The process begins with meeting with you and reviewing your ideas, sketches, or preliminary drawings and offering many suggestions on rooms and other areas that you may not have considered. Then we conduct a site visit at your land and offer suggestions for house placement to help reduce construction costs, or refer you to a realtor for assistance. We also include an interior and exterior decorator to assist with you custom selections, then we have an open house the week before your closing date for your family and friends.

We know that the purchase or construction of your dream home is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make.
