The second proposed alternative is a pop-top, which involves adding a second floor to the current footprint of the house. In 1990, brothers Francis and David Bach formed a partnership that developed into the popular company known as Bach Builders. To date, their work in the Boulder area has included extensions, upgrades, remodels, and interior work for both residential and commercial projects.
