Moreno Construction Company was founded by Mr. Manuel Moreno. He founded the company in 1968. He was born in Brownsville and made his way up to Seguin, looking for work along the way. He met the future Mrs. Moreno while working in Seguin. Meeting with customers, overseeing all workers on the construction site, and supervising all facets of the construction process are among Mr. Moreno's duties.
