James Regan, the company's founder, realized at a young age that building and creative thinking could be used to solve problems. He later realized that he could put his skills to good use by assisting locals in creating homes they truly love, all while building a business that would make his family and community proud. He has always wanted to work for himself, and it was a dream of mine to leave a dynasty to my children. He wanted them to see and understand the value of hard work. His wife and children are an important part of Regan Homes' success and the reason he does what he does every day.
