They specialize in single-family homes with spacious floorplans that include a great room with a fireplace, formal dining room, and attached garage. G.E. appliances and hardwood flooring are included in the kitchens. Ceramic tile and Jacuzzi whirlpool baths are used in the master bathrooms. Trane furnaces are used to heat each house. Every one of their homes has a full basement that can be transformed into additional living space.

Ranches, split ranches, first-floor master bedrooms, and colonials are some of their most common floor plans. The Lennox ranch floor plan offers one-story living. The Dalton and The Stonehaven are two split ranch plans that we sell. The Waterford, The Aspen, and The Marseille are three of our first-floor master bedroom designs. The Crystal, a colonial floor plan, is a beautiful, spacious house.

In Solon, Hudson, Willoughby, and South Russell, DH Meyers Homes has designed homes. They are currently constructing in the Streetsboro, Ohio subdivisions of Stonegate and Cowan Lake. For optimal quality control, they often do offsite building for customers who have their own lot within a certain local radius.
