Kurt Ewoldt owns and operates Edgewater, which was founded in 2002. Kurt is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction, a licensed Florida General Contractor since 1995, and has more than 20 years of expertise in the South Florida construction industry, with a focus on structural concrete and high-end finishing.

Edgewater's business strategy emphasizes quality over quantity, with clear and recorded communication between the customer, design team, and builder. To ensure a first-rate project, the Edgewater office employs an in-house CPA as well as competent field employees.
