The owners of Eigsti Construction, Kent Eigsti and Brad Kennell work with their talented frame and trim crews to ensure the quality of each home they build. Their attention to details that the homeowner may not even notice is what distinguishes an Eigsti home as one to be proud of for future generations.

Eigsti Construction believes it is critical to begin building your home on a good, solid foundation, which is why they pour their own footings, seal the foundation with waterproofing, backfill the foundation with gravel before dirt, and backfill the garage foundation with sand to prevent settling. That's how Paul built houses, and it's why the phrase "It's an Eigsti Home" connotes quality.

They use high-quality materials such as engineer-designed steel beams for the main support, solid Select Structural Douglas Fir floor joists, engineered roof trusses, and all framing lumber is purchased from reputable lumber yards and meticulously inspected for flaws before use. Eigsti Construction also employs local, reputable subcontractors who are chosen after an interview process.

There are two crews on the Eigsti Team: the Frame Crew and the Trim Crew. Each employee was hand-picked because of their attention to detail. Having in-house crews working alongside Kent and Brad allows Eigsti Construction to maintain their quality craftsmanship tradition.
